Shipping Information:
USA DELIVERIES:

Orders received usually ship within 2-4
business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or
National Holidays. If item is out of stock, you will be
notified by email of back-order status. Back-order items
can take up to 7-14 days before item can be shipped.
Typical shipping/handling charges usually start at $6.05
via USPS Priority Mail within the 50 U.S. States. The
rate increases per additional pound of weight is added.
U.S. Territories may be slightly higher. It also
includes your delivery confirmation and tracking# from
www.usps.com
We
usually ship items U.S. Priority Mail. These are
generally the fastest, least expensive method of
shipping items that meet their size and weight
requirements. If you need to expedite your order, we
offer US Express mail service. Please email and inquire
prior to ordering. UPS and FedEx company accounts are
also acceptable for shipment.
Used cruiser parts: UPS Ground and FedEx
Ground is recommended to save on shipping costs.
Buyer pays ALL shipping charges. When
inquiring about used parts, please include your zip code
so we can calculate actual shipping charges.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:

Orders are shipped via International
Priority Mail. If you would like a shipping quote prior
to ordering, you can email us at
sif@stayinfaith.net . Custom
fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the
recipient. Delivery time to foreign countries may vary
depending on geographical location and carrier
availability. Typical shipping/handling charges for
International orders is $21.00 for one T-shirt order.
Additional charges are added for multiple orders.
Shipping usually takes about 6-10 business days.

Design:
All the images and designs on this website
are property of STAY IN FAITH and protected by copyright
laws. Absolutely no part of this website, images and
texts, may be reproduced or copied for personal or
marketing purposes without permission is prohibited by

Photographs, pictures, video submitted to
for website publication becomes property of STAY IN

Quality Control:
We
inspect our apparel gear and accessories consistently
for any manufacture defects before we ship to our
customers.
T-shirts and Apparel:
We use GILDAN Brand
Pre-Shrunk 100% ULTRA Cotton 6.1 Ounce Heavyweight
T-shirt (unless otherwise specified). We also use Anvil,
Bella and Hanes products for optimum quality. Customers
can request different brand and garment type. Additional
costs may be incurred.
Ink:
We use
Union Ink
Plastisol for screen printing process.
Plastisol inks do not color the fibers like a dye.
Instead the ink wraps around the fibers and makes a
mechanical bond with the fabric. Plastisol inks have one
outstanding characteristic, they must be heated to dry.
They will not dry, or cure, at normal temperatures.
Plastisol ink contains no air-polluting solvents or
volatile organic compounds. ***Do not dry-clean or iron
these shirts.
Apparel (T-shirt, Long Sleeve, Ladies wear,
Children wear, Hooded, Crewneck and Zipper Sweatshirt,
Baseball shirt, Tank top, Apron, Sweatpants, Polo Shirt,
Shorts):
All apparel are
made to order and sales are final. No full refund is
accepted. You may exchange for another item of equal
value. Please see return and exchange policy terms.
Return and
Exchange Policy (Apparel and Merchandise only):
Since all
orders are made to order, apparel and merchandise on
returns and exchanges (different color or size) are
subject to 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible
for returning shipment charges and re-shipment charges.
We must receive the returned apparel within 7 days of
notification. Failure to return apparel after the due
date is subject to full charge amount of original amount
of merchandise including shipping/handling charges.
All product merchandises must be in original
re-sellable condition and has not been used or washed.
There are no exceptions. Customer is responsible for
shipment charges on returning product.
No returns will be accepted without prior
authorization from us. Any unauthorized return charges
will be the sender's responsibility.
If
the apparel/merchandise is defective upon receipt of
order, we will exchange the item at no charge to you
including shipping/handling fees. You must return and
ship the defective item to us.
